About Pat

Pat Rose portrait imageI was born and raised in Montana and moved to Arizona in 1992 to attend graduate school. I adapted to Flagstaff well due to the four seasons to which I was accustomed in Montana, but with much milder winters. Flagstaff has moderate temps in the summer (average summer temp = 80 degrees) and moderate winter temps as well, with average winter low temps in the mid-teens. Flagstaff is surrounded by Coconino National Forest of ponderosa pine trees, junipers, pinons, and aspen groves. There are miles of mountain bike trails, equestrian and hiking trails, fishing nearby, and river trip opportunities from Lee’s Ferry about 2 hours north. Flagstaff has five golf courses, and I enjoy playing when time allows, hiking in the forest, and the smell of the fresh pine air in the evenings.

I’m a full-service Real Estate Broker and represent Buyers and Sellers with home, land, and investment sales or purchases. Being a resident of Flagstaff for 30+ years, I know the town and the market well, and I love to work with people and help them with their real estate needs. Flagstaff is such an inviting city with a vibrant downtown, a major university, theatre, sports, music events, easy transportation to all parts of the world, and so much to do and see! Give me a call today and come see what the excitement’s all about!
